- Lets Get Started
Contact Us by phone or complete our online form and Artisan will setup and help you prepare for our first meeting so you will be ready to discuss your budget, have a clear idea of what you want, and will be able to show us what you have in mind using photos, magazines, and/or web pages.
- Initial Consultation
We provide a free, no obligation, initial consultation and meeting at your location. In our first meeting we discuss the budget and scope of the job and work with you to setup reasonable expectations and get approval for taking the next steps. We will look at your examples, look at design options, take measurements, select materials, and gather what information will be needed to accurately quote your project.
- Quote and Agreement
You will be presented with a written quote and contract which includes the full scope of work, materials, conditions, payments, guarantees, assurances, and obligations of all involved. We will go over the details together to make sure all your questions are answered and upon your agreement we will begin your project.
- Plan and Schedule
Planning and scheduling includes ordering materials, engaging services, hiring trades, getting permits and inspections. For the project to be completed as quoted everything and everyone involved needs to be on task as ordered. Be advised that unforeseeable events can cause delays and complications and additional costs – rest assured Artisan will keep you advised every step of the way so you always know your options.
- Work in Progress
While work is in progress please only contact Artisan directly – please do not interrupt the labourers, services, trades, or inspectors. Before anyone shows up to your property you will receive a schedule and list of who will be on your property at any given time during the project. Before any work begins the work area is sealed off and the floors and grounds to the area are protected to minimize the impact on the rest of the property. While the work is in progress we will do our best to clean as we go and when the work is completed we will tidy up the work area and property and remove any waste we created.
- Finish and Review
When the work is finished we will review it with you and discuss what will be needed to maintain and protect your investment.
